More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
